Terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Kayleigh Parsons, trading as Offset Design (formerly K Parsons Design). Contact: hello@offsetdesign.uk.
2. Who can enter. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. The promoter and members of her household cannot enter.
3. How to enter. On the Offset Design giveaway post on Instagram: follow the Offset Design account (@offsetdesign.uk), like the giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments. Sharing the post to your story is welcome but is not required and does not give extra entries.
4. Entries open when the giveaway post is published on Saturday 5 December 2026 and close at 23:59 GMT on Friday 11 December 2026. Entries after this time will not count. One entry per person; extra comments do not add entries.
5. The prize is one Offset Design launch bundle: one tote bag, one mug and one sticker pack. There is one prize. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred. If an item becomes unavailable, the promoter may substitute an item of similar value.
6. Choosing the winner. One winner will be picked at random from all valid entries on Monday 14 December 2026.
7. Telling the winner. The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official Offset Design account only, and named in the comments of the giveaway post. Offset Design will never ask for payment or bank details. The winner must reply with a UK delivery address within 5 days, or a new winner will be picked at random.
8. Delivery. The prize will be posted free of charge to a UK address, aiming to arrive before Christmas.
9. Your details. Names and delivery details are used only to run this giveaway and send the prize, and are deleted once the prize has been delivered.
10. Instagram. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
11. Fair play. The promoter may disqualify entries from fake, automated or bulk accounts, or that break Instagram's rules, and may end or change the giveaway if something outside her control means it cannot run as planned.
